- Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Monthly Salary - $2580

Job Scope:
- Review and verify purchase requests to ensure compliance with regulations and internal processes.
- Work with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in purchase requests.
- Process purchase requests and raise purchase orders (POs) as needed.
- Assist with procurement activities and respond to related queries from the internal team.
- Schedule pilot users for system testing and track feedback returns.
- Liaise with technical helpdesk for issue resolution.
- Create and manage electronic direct mail (EDM) communications.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years in a procurement or purchasing-related role
- Administrative support experience for IT systems.
- Familiarity with GeBIZ or similar e-procurement platforms is a plus.
