Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Procurement Specialist, where you'll leverage your expertise to drive efficient procurement practices and contribute to organizational success.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with procurement strategies, processes, and policies to achieve organizational targets. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define service scopes and product requirements, ensuring validation of these specifications. Identify and evaluate potential new vendors or assess existing suppliers to optimize procurement costs. Participate in vendor negotiation processes, reviewing submitted quotations and proposals for procurement effectiveness. Coordinate reviews of service agreements and contracts with internal stakeholders, preparing necessary reports for approval. Identify gaps in the procurement process and propose enhancements for improved governance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or audit. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with a solid understanding of accounting software. Familiarity with S4/HANA Cloud Public Edition is a plus. Willingness to adapt to various accounting functions as required.
