Brew Crew Opportunity
The Global Procurement Manager leads procurement initiatives and partners with global counterparts to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the team. This role supports collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, while developing and continuously improving standardized procurement processes, KPIs, reporting, and supplier management practices.
Key responsibilities include consolidating spend and supplier information, and ensuring adherence to standard procedures in areas such as RFXs/tenders, supplier performance management, and contract management. The position reports to the Director, Global Strategic Sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate day-to-day activities in close collaboration with Product Innovation, Marketing, Supply Chain, & Customer Service Team to source and commercialize new business requirements
- Lead strategic sourcing and vendor management of key ingredients and new products to support product development and CPG projects, ensuring supplier qualification, competitive sourcing, supply continuity, cost optimization, and timely cross-functional execution to drive quality and profitability.
- Generate cost savings and control costs on new and existing business requirements
- Oversee compliance with labelling regulations and requirements across all procured goods
- Responsible for supporting RFXs/sourcing events, including bidding, negotiation, and awarding
- Support supplier performance information, including vendor scorecards and reports
- Identify and execute value-add projects to expand influence / scope where appropriate. This may include partnering with the business to execute non-sourcing related initiatives e.g. initiatives that support customer acquisition
- Support the end-to-end contract lifecycle management in coordination with internal teams and suppliers, while assisting in the supplier accreditation process to ensure compliance with organizational standards and procurement policies
- Develop reports, dashboards, and market intelligence to generate category insights, support strategy development, analyze quotations, and drive total cost management while tracking operational KPIs.
- Drive alignment with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams on procurement objectives and performance metrics, while fostering collaboration with peers to ensure consistent information flow and the sharing of sourcing best practices across the organization
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of procurement processes, tools, and analysis to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost savings while maximizing value from procurement activities.
Your Ingredients
- Bachelor's Degree in Predictive Supply Chain, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related field of study required
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Experience in retail/ FMCG/food & beverage industry a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Data visualization skills e.g. Power BI is a plus
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to organize data, perform independent analysis, and prepare management presentations in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong partnership and collaborative style
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- English proficiency require
