Job Description

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Procurement Team. The incumbent will be responsible for the full spectrum of procurement activities.


Responsibilities

  • :
    Provide advice on procurement policy, procedures and processes to internal stakeholde
  • rsEnsure compliance to EM Group Procurement Policy and SOPs for all procurement related activiti
  • esPrepare and publish quotation/tender documents in accordance with requiremen
  • tsCoordinate requirements with stakeholders across Business Uni
  • tsConduct review and evaluation of quotation/tend
  • erPrepare summary of bids/approval papers/Letter of Acceptan
  • ceProvide support in periodic reporti
  • ngAssist with internal process improvement through procurement strategies and obtaining cost savin
  • gsContract management, which may include issuance of Letter of Acceptance and/or Purchase Order as well as managing seamless contract renewa

Requiremen

    Minimum Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of sourcing experience in procurement/contracting or Diploma with at least 9 years of sourcing experience in procurement/contrac
