What You´ll Do
- Make an impact by developing sourcing strategies partnering with global / regional teams
- Contribute to deliver bottom line/top line results by managing own spend / projects
- Formulate and lead negotiation strategies across supplier base on commercial agreements and mitigate risks
- Continuously identify strategic sourcing opportunities and deliver sustainable saving pipeline
- Drive the digitalization agenda by utilizing digital tools & supporting the introduction of new solutions to efficintly generate a high impact
- Define and manage supplier portfolios and strategic supplier relationships
- Shape your own career with global & regional opportunities in training, job rotation, and development programs within Henkel
What Makes You a Good Fit
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of sourcing / procurement experience, ideally in raw material / chemical / tail spend / distribution management.
- Able to build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to create and lead the implementation of sourcing strategies
- Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Affinity for data analytics, ability to handle a high level of complexity & ready to simplify it
- Willingness for job rotation into different categories of sourcing at a later point in time
- Chemical industry background is a plus.
