Government Sector

Mon-Fri, office hours

Various Locations - Ang Mo Kio / Jurong East

UP $7,000 + AWS + bonus!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials and service

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, negotiation, contracting, and purchase order management, in compliance with procurement policies and regulations.

  • Source reliable suppliers and negotiate pricing to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services at competitive costs.

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on material and service status, while identifying and implementing effective procurement strategies and best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recognized Degree or Diploma, preferably in Engineering, with relevant working experience.

  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in M&E, project, construction, or engineering (M&E preferred, but engineering or construction experience is acceptable).

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage but not required.

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder skills, with good problem-solving ability and able to work independently or in a fast-paced team environment.
