MAINDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop new suppliers of fabrication and structure for semiconductor or automation equipment. (Example, precision machining parts, enclosure, sheet-metal, structure)
- Assess existing suppliers performance, capacity and capability and map out a re-alignment strategy to meet current and future growth requirement.
- Develop cost reduction programs of existing and new suppliers on a periodic basis.
- Share experience and expertise to build up the strength and competency of colleagues.
MAINJOB SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum a diploma in an engineering discipline, preferably in mechanical or mechatronics.
- Proven track records with relevant experience and expertise of procurement functions of semiconductor equipment industry.
- Some exposure in ERP system and MS office applications.
- Possess integrity of the highest standards.
- A team player with interpersonal and communication skills.
