Job Summary
As a Procurement Administrator - Senior, you will manage procurement activities ensuring compliance with governance and policies, optimize procurement processes, and engage stakeholders to support organizational operations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities adhering to governance, public sector, and healthcare procurement policies to support large-scale organizational operations
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality standards in procurement documentation and processes through meticulous review
- Utilize procurement systems (e.g., Ariba) and Microsoft Office 365 Suite to generate detailed reports, statistics, and dashboards for informed decision-making
- Communicate professionally with stakeholders and vendors through clear written and verbal interactions to facilitate procurement processes
- Coordinate and prioritize multiple procurement tasks to meet deadlines and maintain operational efficiency
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in procurement or related fields, including familiarity with procurement governance and policies
- Proficiency in procurement systems such as Ariba and Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder and vendor engagement
- Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately within stipulated timelines
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma qualification or higher

- Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
