Designation : Procurement Administrator
Experience : 2+ years
Working Days and Time :Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm.
Requirement:
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in procurement or related fields, including but not limited to familiarity with procurement governance, public sector and/or healthcare procurement policies and processes, and large scale and complex organizational operations.
- Exercise meticulousness to ensure high level of accuracy, consistency, and quality standards of work.
- Proficient in the use of procurement systems (e.g. Ariba), Microsoft Office 365 Suite and other relevant digital tools to generate reports, statistics, and dashboards.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders and vendors professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and within stipulated timelines.
Qualifications: A minimum of a diploma qualification.
