Position Summary
To procure goods and services in support of company's operational requirements, ensuring cost effectiveness, compliance with quality standards, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and evaluate suitable suppliers to meet business and operational needs.
- Purchase goods and services, including negotiating commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure best value.
- Manage and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, including regular performance evaluation.
- Analyze procurement costs and market trends to drive competitiveness and cost efficiency.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with applicable regulations, internal policies, and quality standards.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in procurement or a related field.
- Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment is required.
- Proficiency in ERP systems is preferred.
- Good understanding of procurement-related regulations, standards, and best practices.
