Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and value-added services.
  • Processing purchase requisitions and keeping internal stakeholders informed on order status and delivery timelines.
  • Creating and managing Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy in pricing, specifications, and quantities.
  • Coordinating and monitoring delivery schedules to align with project timelines.
  • Tracking and optimizing inventory levels to reduce excess stock while avoiding shortages.
  • Analyzing and comparing suppliers prices, terms, and quality to support cost-effective procurement decisions.
  • Supporting internal departments and addressing supply-related issues that may impact operations.
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal project teams on purchasing processes, new project requirements, and vendor onboarding.

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant purchasing experience, preferably with experience in construction site or project-based environments.
  • Familiarity with materials and procurement processes related to interior renovation projects is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
