Job Overview

The Procurement Admin is responsible for buying goods and services for the company, ensuring the best prices and quality. They manage supplier relationships and handle the entire procurement process from order placement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find suppliers, negotiate prices, and place orders for goods and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Monitor procurement budgets, look for cost-saving opportunities, and analyze pricing trends.
  • Work with teams to ensure inventory levels are balanced and items are delivered on time.
  • Ensure all purchases follow company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, contracts, and invoices.
  • Communicate with internal teams and suppliers to meet procurement needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2-4 years in procurement or purchasing.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and procurement software.
  • Regular office hours
