- Proficient in automated assembly and lamination processes for consumer electronics, including smartphones and smartwatches.
- Skilled in precision dispensing and operating robotic arms, feeders, and vision systems to achieve accurate lamination.
- Experienced with precision jigs and fixtures, including conducting tolerance analysis, and adept at specialized tasks such as hot melt application, screw fastening, and micro-component insertion.
- Committed to ensuring consistent, high-quality production by rigorously adhering to Standard Operating Procedures, Standard Inspection Procedures , and First Level Controls in an international manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders in China to provide production support and drive continuous improvement towards meeting or exceeding established KPIs.
Job Requirements:

- Experienced in working with precision jigs and fixtures, performing tolerance analysis, and handling specialized processes like hot melt application, screw fastening, and micro-component insertion.
- Ensures consistent, high-quality production by strictly adhering to SOPs, SIPs, and FLCs within a global manufacturing environment.
- B3 in O Level Chinese, or equivalent, is required to support Chinese speaking internal and external stakeholder.
