Responsibilities
- Proficency in automated assembly and lamination of consumer electronics like smartphones and smartwatches.
- Expertise in precision dispensing and the use of robotic arms, feeders, and vision systems for precise lamination.
- Experienced with precision jigs and fixtures, including tolerance analysis, and skilled in specialized tasks like hot melt, screw fastening, and micro-component insertion.
- Can ensure consistent, high-quality production by strictly following SOPs, SIPs, and FLCs in an international manufacturing setting
Requirements
- Proven experience with electronic product assembly and lamination processes, including film application, PU dispensing, and operating dispensing, screw, or hot melt machines.
- Proficient in using 2D/3D CAD and Microsoft Office software.
- Must be proactive and possess strong communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with upstream and downstream teams.
