Responsibilities
- Proficient in laser welding, marking, and cutting processes and equipment operation.
- Understands welding process constraints and is adept at maintaining and using precision tooling.
- Experienced in laser equipment maintenance, including adjusting focal points and maintaining galvanometers.
- Capable of performing quality checks on welds, including analyzing shear/pull strength and examining weld pool depth via cross-section.
- Can ensure consistent, high-quality production by strictly following SOPs, SIPs, and FLCs in an international manufacturing setting
Requirements
- Proven experience operating laser marking and welding equipment and producing parts with these processes.
- Proficient in using 2D/3D CAD and Microsoft Office software.
- Must be proactive and possess strong communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with upstream and downstream teams.
