Job Description
- Proficiency with surface treatment technologies and processes for mechanical components, with an understanding of both surface finish and mechanical properties.
- Expertise in interpreting engineering drawings, including dimensional requirements, cosmetic standards, and geometric tolerances.
- Knowledge of metal fabrication techniques such as polishing, sandblasting, etching, and laser processing.
- Ability to design manufacturing processes for metal parts and mold components.
- Hands-on knowledge to adjust jigs and fixtures, modify equipment parameters, use measurement tools, and troubleshoot products to ensure they meet specifications
Requirements
- Education: A degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of dimensional tolerance analysis and fundamental machining principles.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in using 3D/2D CAD software (such as UG), as well as Microsoft Office.
- Data Skills: Proficient in data organization and analysis.
- Soft Skills: Must be proactive and possess excellent communication and coordination abilities
