Process Engineers ( Electronics / Semicon )

Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 ( depending on last drawn and experience )

Location: East ( Transport pick up )

Bonus: AWS / VB

Shift duties ( shift allowances )

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and implement new methods, technologies, and materials to enhance manufacturing processes and overall production capability.

• Design and conduct Design of Experiments to identify critical process parameters and optimize product performance.

• Develop and standardize machine operating procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines.

• Lead the introduction and implementation of new processes into production environments.

• Identify cost-reduction opportunities through material optimization and sourcing of alternative suppliers.

• Perform root cause analysis on product defects and sample rejections, focusing on process-related issues and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Materials Science / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering

• With experience in manufacturing / Electronics / Semicon industry
