Application Consultant (Permanent)

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions across consulting, design, development, testing, deployment, and support

• Collaborate with customers to define and optimize business and IT use cases

• Design, implement, and support system integrations, workflows, and ETL processes

• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions

• Contribute innovative ideas and support team members across projects

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in IT systems, application support, or solutions consulting

• Hands-on knowledge of ETL/data integration tools, including data flows, scheduling, and troubleshooting

• Understanding of ETL infrastructure, environment management, and system connectivity

• Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot Studio), including prompt design and workflow integration

• Strong foundation in application infrastructure, logging, and root cause analysis (RPA/Power Platform is a plus)
