Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Design, implement, and document new processes, ensuring compliance with ISO standards (ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO13485).
- Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical tools.
- Lead cross-functional projects, provide technical training/support, and collaborate with production teams to meet quality and safety standards.
- Monitor process performance, maintain process specifications, and update control plans as required.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years experience in stamping processes.
- Strong knowledge of tooling, die design, material selection, and quality management systems.
- Certified Internal Auditor for IATF16949 / ISO9001, with proven skills in process optimization and team leadership.
