Your new role
- Support customers engineering teams in the development, optimisation, and sustainment of manufacturing processes
- Develop new or modified process formulations, define processing or handling equipment requirements, and review manufacturing techniques used in product fabrication and evaluation
- Coordinate design requirement reviews with relevant engineering and scientific stakeholders to ensure process compatibility
- Compile, analyse, and evaluate test data to establish appropriate limits, controls, and variables for process and material specifications
- Plan and execute projects involving new concepts, equipment automation technologies, and improved processing approaches
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot process issues and integration challenges
- Author and maintain process documentation and work instructions to support stable manufacturing operations
- Operate within a cleanroom manufacturing environment
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent
- Relevant experience or exposure in process development or optimisation is an advantage
- Project management experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Meticulous, organised, and resourceful team player
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
