In Singapore, we specialise in Supply & Install of lightings in turnkey projects.
1) Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and develop new customers and project opportunities.
- Establish relationships with Lighting Consultants, Architects, Interior Designers, Developers and Main Contractors.
- Promote Koizumi brand and product solutions in the market.
- Conduct product presentations and brand awareness activities.
- Monitor market trends and identify new sectors or potential clients.
2) Specification & Project Development
- Work with consultants and designers to secure lighting specifications for Koizumi products.
- Support early-stage design discussions and project planning.
- Prepare marketing materials and product presentation slides.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to support design proposals.
3) Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
- Follow up with consultants and developers to track project progress and opportunities.
- Represent the company in industry meetings, networking sessions or presentations.
4) Coordination with Sales Team
- Work closely with Sales Engineers to convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Provide project information and client contacts to the sales team.
5) Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Marketing or Business
- Min. 3 years experience in business development or sales in construction / building materials industry
- Good networking and relationship building skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of lighting an advantage
