Job Purpose

Maximize new business and referral opportunities by acquiring and deepening client relationships while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

ClientAcquisition & Business Development:

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients to grow the business.
  • Conduct professional and consultative financial analysis to address clients financial objectives.
  • Develop and execute monthly sales plans to exceed sales targets and referrals.
  • Organize and conduct sales presentations for groups, clubs, and associations.
  • Participate in BigFundr's investor events, including investment seminars, webinars, and client appreciation dinners

Client Relationship Management:

  • Foster and deepen client relationships through regular engagement and market updates.
  • Provide high-quality after-sales service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage client anti-attrition and retention strategies to minimize portfolio churn.

Regulatory& Compliance:

  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.
  • Reportany suspicious transactions or activities to the Transaction Monitoring Unit(TMU).

Requirements:

  • 3-5years of financial sales experience as a Relationship Manager in a bank, preferably in priority banking.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in financial advisory or wealth management are a plus.
  • CMFAS(Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services) Certifications:
  • CFA(Chartered Financial Analyst) / CFP (Certified Financial Planner) / IBF(Institute of Banking & Finance) Certification - Preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and sales performance.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, investment solutions, and market trends.
  • Clean compliance record with required CMFAS certifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong compliance awareness and ethical sales conduct.
