Job Purpose
Maximize new business and referral opportunities by acquiring and deepening client relationships while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
ClientAcquisition & Business Development:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients to grow the business.
- Conduct professional and consultative financial analysis to address clients financial objectives.
- Develop and execute monthly sales plans to exceed sales targets and referrals.
- Organize and conduct sales presentations for groups, clubs, and associations.
- Participate in BigFundr's investor events, including investment seminars, webinars, and client appreciation dinners
Client Relationship Management:
- Foster and deepen client relationships through regular engagement and market updates.
- Provide high-quality after-sales service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage client anti-attrition and retention strategies to minimize portfolio churn.
Regulatory& Compliance:
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.
- Reportany suspicious transactions or activities to the Transaction Monitoring Unit(TMU).
Requirements:
- 3-5years of financial sales experience as a Relationship Manager in a bank, preferably in priority banking.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in financial advisory or wealth management are a plus.
- CMFAS(Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services) Certifications:
- CFA(Chartered Financial Analyst) / CFP (Certified Financial Planner) / IBF(Institute of Banking & Finance) Certification - Preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and sales performance.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, investment solutions, and market trends.
- Clean compliance record with required CMFAS certifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and handle a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
- Strong compliance awareness and ethical sales conduct.
