We are seeking for a highly skilled Cybersecurity Consultant to be a part of its team of leading, challenge seeking and exceptional cyber security professionals, engaging in cutting-edge R&D and product development.
Job Description:
- Envision, research and implement new approaches, ideas and concepts to cyber early warning, attribution and geolocation
- Suggest ideas to be implemented as products and solutions
- Interact with SW engineers in the Custodio team to leverage research results into innovative solutions
- Help design and implement proof of concept and proof of technology prototypes of developed technologies
- Lead the design and implementation of resilient security solutions for our Critical Information Infrastructure.
The candidate we are looking for:
A highly motivated person who enjoys doing Applied Research and Development to solve real world challenges. He/ She shall have domain knowledge in:
- IT & OT: Knowledge of both IT security and Operational Technology (OT) to deliver services and/or solutions which are secure, compliant, and available under all conditions.
- Architecture & Design: Develop and oversee end-to-end security architectures for CII systems, incorporating Zero Trust principles and defense-in-depth strategies.
- Risk Management: Conduct comprehensive threat modeling and Risk Assessment and Management (RAM) specifically for interconnected OT/IT environments.
- Regulatory Compliance: Good understanding of relevant national and international standards(e.g., NIST SP 800-82, ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443, and local CII Acts/Regulations).
- Emerging Technology: Proficient in adopting new technologies like AI & Cloud Services.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Ability to perform hands-on programming and scripting to develop Minimal Viable Product (MVP) & new features for company-owned security products with experience in handling the integration of systems and security products.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in the following areas:
o Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT)
o Securing Cloud Service (IAM role/ Container security/ IAC)
o Securing& using Artificial Intelligence
o Digital Forensics and Incident Response (Preferred)
o AI Security Assessment, Evaluation & Governance (Preferred)
o Vulnerability research (Advantage)
- Operational experience in cyber security environment is preferred
- Implement COTS or Open-source for Proof-of-Concept or for actual operational environment.
- Participate in areal-time evaluation of security products/solutions
