This position reports to:

Global eCommerce Lead - ABB Motion

In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with the divisions and Sales Units in ABB and the Motion E-commerce team to co-create the local e-commerce strategy. Each day, you will design and operate the tools and teams needed to maximize sales through digital channels and platforms. You will also showcase your expertise by planning and supporting the implementation of the commercial strategy including marketing and sales actions.

Location

This role is open globally. While the primary locations are China, India, and Singapore, applications from other countries within the region will also be considered. The work model for this role can be remote and/or hybrid. #LI‑Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

. Partner with ABB divisions, Sales Units, and the Global Motion eCommerce team to define and execute local and global eCommerce strategies.

. Own commercial execution across assigned eCommerce platforms, including sales enablement, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns.

. Analyze product portfolio, customer behavior, and performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve platform effectiveness.

. Drive continuous improvement of customer and user experience across ABB eCommerce products and platforms.

. Support sales performance growth through KPI‑driven, technology‑enabled eCommerce solutions.

. Translate business and commercial requirements into functional and technical specifications for project and development teams.

. Develop business cases and fact‑based recommendations to support new eCommerce initiatives and senior management decision‑making.

. Enable change management and adoption of new tools, processes, and digital ways of working across regions and stakeholders.

. Share best practices and lessons learned to strengthen eCommerce and digital marketing competence across ABB Motion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Management, or a related field with strong digital focus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce or digital solution implementations, rollouts, or consulting environments.
  • Proven experience in project management, business/system analysis, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and handover.
  • Hands‑on experience with enterprise eCommerce platforms Adobe Commerce experience highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills, including customer‑facing presentations.
  • Solid understanding of application development lifecycles and post‑implementation support models.
  • Experience working in Agile environments SAFe certification is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25-30% as required to support business and stakeholder engagement.
  • Comfortable working in virtual, cross‑cultural, matrix organizations across time zones.
