Overview

We are seeking a Branding Lead to drive the development and execution of the company's brand strategy across key markets. This role will focus on building brand awareness, shaping go-to-market (GTM) strategies, increasing brand exposure, and supporting sustainable growth initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with proven experience in scaling brand presence in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen market positioning and brand equity
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for product launches, campaigns, and key initiatives
  • Drive brand awareness and visibility across digital and offline channels
  • Own and evolve brand identity, messaging, and storytelling to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to align brand initiatives with business objectives
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns to support user acquisition and engagement
  • Analyze brand performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights and data
  • Manage external agencies, partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality brand assets and campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to enhance brand exposure through partnerships, PR, and content initiative
  • Ensure consistency and quality control across all brand communications and materials

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 6 to 9 years of experience in branding, marketing, or growth roles
  • Proven track record in building and scaling brand awareness and market presence
  • Strong experience in go-to-market (GTM) strategy and campaign execution
  • Demonstrated ability to drive brand-led growth in fast-paced or high-growth environments
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with a strong sense of brand voice and positioning
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and optimizing outcomes
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
