Responsibilities:
- Assemble and adjust mechanical components using precision tools, following technical drawings and work instructions.
- Provide hands-on service and practical training to customers, suppliers, and subsidiaries on motion systems.
- Diagnose and repair non-conforming or returned motion systems, including component replacement.
- Support technical documentation (e.g., BOMs, work instructions) for supplier collaboration.
- Log data accurately in ERP systems for traceability and repair documentation.
- Set up test benches, run dynamic/functional tests, and record results.
- Perform inspection and quality control per company standards.
- Report issues and suggest improvements to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or Electro-mechanics.
- 5 years of experience in mechanical assembly and testing of motion systems.
- Experience with mechanical components (linear/rotary guides, bearings, encoders) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in functional testing, test bench setup, dynamic evaluation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Independent, organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
