Job Responsibilities
- Chauffeur Director and/or guests to and from destinations in a comfortable, safe, and efficient manner.
- Ensure punctual arrival at all scheduled destinations.
- Maintain exterior and interior cleanliness of the car at all times.
- Ensure the vehicle is in proper condition, well-maintained, fueled, and roadworthy.
- Ensure the CashCard in the IU unit has sufficient credit.
- Run company errands such as delivering or collecting documents or parcels.
- Assist in the loading and offloading of luggage or goods.
- Keep track of car service, inspection, and maintenance appointments.
- Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese to assist our overseas guests.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a personal/private driver or in a related role.
- Familiar with Singapore roads, traffic regulations, and navigation apps.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality.
- Presentable, courteous, and professional at all times.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
- Physically fit with good eyesight.
