Job Description

  • Operate buses safely and in compliance with traffic laws and company regulations.
  • Pick up and drop off passengers at designated stops according to schedule.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during the journey.
  • Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and luggage when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness inside the bus.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Report mechanical issues, accidents, or delays to the supervisor promptly.
  • Collect fares or verify passenger passes/tickets, if required.
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules while adapting to traffic conditions.
  • Provide courteous and professional customer service to passengers.
