Job Overview

As our Facilities & Logistics Associate, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our Head Office, learning centers, warehouse, and printing facilities. This position requires a practical problem-solver who can handle both technical troubleshooting and physical logistics tasks with equal skill.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilities & Maintenance
  1. Maintain and repair equipment and premises across all Mind Stretcher locations
  2. Coordinate with the building management office and/or landlord regarding compliance with safety/building regulations and necessary maintenance works within the office or Centre premises for which the landlord is responsible.
  3. Liaise with contractors for systems maintenance (air-conditioning, lighting, CCTV, fire safety)
  4. Provide technical support for educational technology (Interactive White Boards, visualizers, projectors, laptops)
  5. Coordinate the delivery and service installations for new centers (furniture delivery, internet, telephone, payment systems)
  6. Assist with business service applications (NETS, telecommunications, utilities)
  7. Supervise renovation projects and follow up with contractors
  8. Source and purchase office equipment and technology at competitive prices
  9. Evaluate and provide feedback on vendor performance
  • Logistics & Printing
  1. Print, collate, pack, and deliver materials to centers in a timely manner
  2. Do the packing, moving, and arrangement of tables, chairs, and other furniture and equipment during the relocation of Centres, office, and/or warehouse, as well as during Company events, seminars, and workshops.
  3. Assist with delivery documentation and invoicing
  4. Support inventory management systems at the warehouse
  5. Participate in regular stock-taking and maintain accurate inventory records
  6. Complete ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed

Qualifications

  • NITEC certificate and above or equivalent technical qualification
  • Valid Class 3 Driving License (essential)
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills for office and AV equipment
  • Physical ability to lift and move furniture and equipment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude
