Job Description:
- Implement age-appropriate teaching, learning, and caregiving activities that align with relevant curriculum frameworks.
- Assess children's learning needs through regular observations and evaluations.
- Design and lead engaging activities that support the curriculum and pedagogical strategies.
- Apply effective classroom management techniques to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Enhance the learning space with materials and resources that promote developmental growth.
- Adhere to health, safety, nutrition, and hygiene standards as per established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of children's learning progress and developmental milestones.
Requirements:
- A minimum qualification of a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, or a comparable qualification.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with Singapore's preschool education system and guidelines is a plus.
- EDCA (L2) certification or a Mother Tongue Language Certificate is required.
