Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:30am - 11:30am)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct interactive Japanese language lessons designed for preschool and kindergarten children.
- Create a supportive and engaging classroom environment that nurtures curiosity and encourages language discovery.
- Incorporate songs, stories, games, and visual aids to enhance learning enjoyment and effectiveness.
- Track and document children's attendance and progress in language development.
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators and communicate feedback to parents as needed.
- Identify and refer children for additional support when learning difficulties are observed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience teaching Japanese to young children, ideally in a preschool or early childhood environment.
- Solid knowledge of child development and effective, age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Demonstrates patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Reliable and able to commit to the required working hours on a long-term basis.
- Possesses basic English communication skills for interaction with staff and parents.
