Preschool Lead Teacher (English)

We are looking for a dedicated English Senior Preschool Educator to join our international, play-based preschool. This role suits an experienced teacher who enjoys leading the classroom and mentoring fellow educators.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor and support educators in delivering high-quality English lessons
- Lead curriculum planning and ensure engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Create safe, stimulating, and play-based learning environments
- Build strong partnerships with parents and the school community
- Work with children aged 18 months to 6 years (Playgroup, Nursery, Kindergarten)
Requirements:
- ECDA L2 Certification (mandatory)
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T) or higher
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience in preschool classrooms
- Mentoring or leadership experience is an advantage
