Preschool Lead Teacher (Mandarin)

We are looking for an experienced Mandarin Senior Preschool Educator to join our international, play-based preschool. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys guiding young children while also mentoring fellow teachers.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor and support educators in delivering quality Mandarin lessons
- Lead curriculum planning and ensure engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Create safe, stimulating, and play-based learning environments
- Build strong partnerships with parents and the school community
- Work with children aged 18 months to 6 years (Playgroup, Nursery, Kindergarten)
Requirements:
- ECDA L2 Certification (mandatory)
- WSQ Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education - Mandarin (DECCE-T) or higher
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience in Mandarin preschool classrooms
- Experience in mentoring or leading a team is an advantage
