Who We're Looking For

We are seeking dedicated and experienced English teachers who can inspire students and enhance their language proficiency. Candidates should be adaptable, engaging, and committed to delivering high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities

. Deliver well-structured lessons tailored to individual learning needs.

. Utilize engaging and interactive teaching techniques to foster student interest.

. Provide constructive feedback and assess student progress effectively.

. Design and refine curriculum materials to enhance the learning experience.

. Support students in overcoming language challenges and achieving academic goals.

. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a stimulating educational environment.

. Participate in staff development programs and contribute to the growth of the center.

What You Need to Succeed

. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. (Master's/Ph.D. in Linguistics or Education is a plus.)

. Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, preferably with exposure to British and American curricula.

. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.

. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

. A proactive approach to teaching, with a willingness to adapt to student needs.

. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Work Schedule & Benefits

Workweek: 5 or 6 days, depending on availability.

Hours: 09:00 - 20:00 (Schedule may adjust during peak periods).

Salary: SGD 5,500 - 6,000, based on experience and qualifications.
