Role Description

This part-time hybrid role of PMO Manager / PMO Director is based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. The selected candidate will oversee the project management office (PMO), ensuring effective project portfolio management, streamlining business processes, and optimizing resource allocation. Key responsibilities will include managing and improving program operations, monitoring project progress, and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Program Management and Project Management to oversee and direct organizational projects effectively
  • Strong skills in Business Process Improvement to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that optimize operations
  • Experience in Project Portfolio Management to align projects with company goals and manage priorities effectively
  • Knowledge of Resource Management to ensure efficient allocation and utilization of personnel and resources
  • Strategic thinking and excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with tools commonly used in project and resource management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; advanced certifications such as PMP are a plus
  • Experience in supporting small or medium-sized businesses is an advantage
