Plumbing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

. Supervise, plan, and coordinate daily plumbing works at project sites.

. Assign tasks and guide plumbing workers to ensure quality and timely completion.

. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

. Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients on work progress.

. Drive company vehicle to attend meeting and to job site.

. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

. Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience with supervisory responsibilities.

. Technical or vocational certificate/diploma in Mechanical, Building Services, Plumbing, or a related field.

. Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.

. Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

. Able to manage a team of workers and ensure productivity.

. Responsible, punctual, and committed to safety practices.

. Physically fit to carry out site supervision duties.

. Able to read basic construction and isometric drawings.
