Site Engineer (Civil&Structural) /Permanent/EAST

Job Description
We are looking for a Site Engineer (C&S) with solid civil and structural experience to support building works on site. The role includes planning work schedules, conducting site inspections, raising RFIs for technical clarifications, resolving construction issues, and ensuring that works are executed safely and according to design and project standards.

Key Responsibilities

. Plan daily and weekly work schedules to support site execution and construction sequencing.

. Prepare and complete site inspection forms, carry out regular site inspections, and report on site conditions.

. Raise Requests for Information (RFIs) and follow up to resolve technical issues with consultants, contractors, and design teams.

. Coordinate structural and civil works with subcontractors, supervisors, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth implementation.

. Ensure site works are carried out in compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality/safety standards.

. Assist in monitoring project progress and site documentation as required.

. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support the resolution of site and technical challenges.

Qualifications & Experience

. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field (recognized by PE Board).

. 2 to 5 years of relevant industry experience in Civil & Structural (C&S) works for building construction projects.

. Strong understanding of structural works, construction processes, and site coordination.

. Able to prepare inspection documentation and raise technical queries (RFIs) to support site execution.
