Job Description

The Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction site activities and workers.

• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, plans, and schedules.

• Monitor site progress and report to Project Manager on daily activities.

• Enforce workplace safety and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health Council guidelines.

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.

• Maintain site documentation such as daily reports, attendance, and work progress records.

• Resolve on-site problems and delays promptly.

• Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards.
