Job Responsibilities:
- Supports Project Management schedulers by coordinating and planning project activities to meet timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Develop, manage, and monitor baseline and working programme schedules, providing progress updates and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Prepare and submit monthly payment requests, incorporating progress status and physical work completion, in collaboration with the various construction teams.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate project execution, attend meetings, and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct technical reviews, assist with tender submissions and claims, and oversee on-site safety and environmental compliance in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Possess Degree/Diploma in a relevant Engineering, or Construction discipline
- Min 2-5 years of planning experience in construction sector with either MS Project or Primavera/P6 proficiency
