Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Director in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
- Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to schedule, specifications, and safety standards.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, documents, and reports.
- Track project costs and support in ensuring budgetary control.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues promptly.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum [X] years of relevant experience in construction projects (fresh graduates with internship experience may also apply).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
