Drive project timelines by planning and coordinating on-site and off-site construction schedules.
Track and report progress across all stages-keeping teams, clients, and consultants in the loop.
Review drawings (civil, structural, architectural, M&E) to ensure everything lines up with project goals.
Monitor site activities closely and produce daily, weekly, and monthly updates.
Champion a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
Lead daily toolbox meetings and coordinate tasks with supervisors and safety teams.
Liaise with REs and RTOs for inspections, and represent the team in client and safety meetings.
Prepare and manage key submissions-RFIs, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, SWPs, drawings, and more.
Keep project documentation organized and audit-ready for ISO standards.
What you'll have:
A Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimally 2 to 6 years of work experience in infrastructural or marine construction industry. Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior position. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
Relevant project experiences in dredging, reclamation or near shore construction will be highly regarded.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and BCA regulations.
Experience assisting in variable projects from time-to-time.
Own vehicle will be highly advantageous.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
