Planning of in house drivers schedule to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with in house drivers and promptly addressing and resolving issues to minimize delays.
Coordinate shipping arrangement with internal and external customers, suppliers, transport company and shipping forwarder.
Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.
Negotiate and select the rate with shipping line, freight forwarder and transport company.
Liaise and assist in customers and suppliers enquires.
Building and maintaining strong customer satisfaction with quick response time to all customers inquires, including timely handling follow up on quotations, orders, backorders and customer complaints.
Proactively update customer on status of enquires.
Handle invoice discrepancies in a timely manner to support sales as well accounts in accounts receivables.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
Minimum GCE N/O Level or Diploma or proven working experience in the related field.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Effective communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to start within a short notice would be preferred.
