As Logistics Executive, you will join the Operations team of Essilor Singapore and report to the Logistics Manager. You will help with day-to-day logistics and warehouse work, including receiving goods, packing, and stock counting. This is a temporary contract of 6 months (can be converted to an Internship).
Main Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments: count items, update the system, and store them properly
- Pick and pack lenses for orders
- Print GC cards and prepare invoices
- Match frames and lenses before shipping
- Help with regular stock counts (stock take)
- Do other warehouse or logistics tasks when needed
Requirements:
- No experience needed - fresh graduates or students are welcome (this role can also be converted to an internship contract)
- Any background in logistics, warehouse, or customer service is a plus
- Team player - must be able to work well with others
- Able to follow instructions and pay attention to details
- Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
- Experience using ERP systems is an added advantage
