We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in freight forwarding maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in shipping, logistics, and freight forwarding.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through excellent service and relationship management.
- Negotiate freight rates and service agreements with carriers, vendors, and partners.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
- 2-5 years of proven sales experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of Freight Forwading operations, freight rates, and regional trade lanes (India Subcontinent, Middle East, Southeast Asia preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Existing client base/network will be an added advantage.
