We are seeking a highly organized Logistics Executive to support our daily delivery operations. This role is crucial in ensuring timely job assignments, managing drivers, and handling administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

. Schedule daily delivery jobs for van and bike drivers.

. Monitor real-time progress and reallocate jobs where needed.

. Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams for job coordination.

. Maintain updated records of drivers, vehicle servicing, and job completion.

. Assist with onboarding, document collection.

. Track operational KPIs and prepare weekly reports for management.

. Ensure compliance with LTA and MOM guidelines for fleet and drivers.
