Responsibilities:
- Assess, treat and manage patients independently using appropriate physiotherapy interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and clinical records
- Ensure accurate patient billing and update performance statistics regularly
- Comply with established clinical governance, service standards and protocols
- Supervise Therapist Assistants and support their day-to-day clinical activities
- Support induction and orientation of newly deployed physiotherapists
- Supervise and mentor students during clinical attachments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams in patient care planning
- Participate in and co-lead departmental projects and service initiatives
- Manage therapy equipment inventory and ensure proper utilisation
- Review, update and implement clinical protocols and standard operating procedures
- Support development, promotion and implementation of new clinical services
- Contribute to in-service training, educational talks and professional workshops
- Maintain professional competency through continuous learning and skills development
Requirements:
- Recognised Degree in Physiotherapy
- Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) is an added advantage
- 1-3 years of relevant clinical experience is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Commitment to professional standards, ethics and continuous development
