OPERATIONS MANAGER

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of Belle Aesthetics Pte Ltd, a beauty, body, and wellness company. The role focuses on ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining high customer satisfaction, improving operational processes, and supporting business growth. The position will also involve close guidance and training by the Director to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

2. Plan and coordinate schedules to optimize operational efficiency.

3. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

4. Monitor and improve operational workflows and processes.

5. Support implementation of business growth and development strategies.

6. Manage inventory, supplies, and resource allocation effectively.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

8. Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly
