What you'll be doing
Support HR Business Partners and HR leadership in the implementation of HR policies, processes, and workforce programmes
Execute end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration to ensure a seamless staff experience
Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, intern and temporary staff hiring, and onboarding arrangements
Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities such as orientation, HR events, and staff lifecycle programmes
Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and systems updates in compliance with organisational standards and data confidentiality requirements
Process HR-related administrative tasks including invoices, documentation tracking, and system updates
Work closely with Institution HR teams to ensure timely delivery of HR services aligned with SLAs and KPIs
Ensure HR processes comply with internal policies, healthcare regulations, and relevant legislative requirements
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to HR projects and operational enhancements
What we're looking for
Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or related studies
1 years of working experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or administrative HR support roles, training will be provided
Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, recruitment coordination, and HR documentation management
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment
Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
Good understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and compliance requirements in HR
Strong communication and coordination skills with a service-oriented mindset
