Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Qualified Individual (RQI), or candidates eligible for RQI appointment, to join our corporate secretarial team. This role focuses on technical execution, including statutory filings, compliance, and corporate governance work in a structured environment with minimal client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Registered Qualified Individual (RQI) for client entities.
  • Handle corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of non-listed companies, focusing on compliance and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare resolutions, minutes of meetings, and related corporate secretarial documents.
  • Maintain statutory registers and corporate records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform ACRA filings via BizFile+, including annual returns, changes in company structure, and other statutory submissions.
  • Assist in incorporation of local and offshore entities as required.
  • Support AML/KYC procedures, including onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and relevant regulations.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems in line with internal processes.
  • Assist in process improvements and standardisation of documentation where applicable.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

  • Registered Qualified Individual (RQI) with ACRA, or eligible for appointment and willing to undertake the role of Company Secretary.
  • Diploma or Degree in Law, Corporate Governance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Preferably a member of CSIS or pursuing ICSA/CSIS qualification.
  • 2-5 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience, preferably in a corporate services or professional firm.
  • Familiar with Singapore Companies Act and ACRA filing requirements.
  • Experience with BizFile+, corporate secretarial software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of XBRL filing is an advantage.
