Job Responsibilities
- Ensure safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medications
- Provide patient counselling on medication use, side effects, interactions, and adherence
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver holistic patient care
- Review prescriptions, clarify clinical queries, and resolve medication-related issues
- Support ambulatory care services and chronic disease management
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and assistants in daily operations
- Support medication inventory management, including stock control and expiry monitoring
- Maintain compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in training, audits, and continuous service improvement initiatives
- Contribute to smooth pharmacy operations and patient service quality
Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Registered or eligible for registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
- 3–5 years of clinical pharmacy experience preferred
